Qualifications

• Must have NVQ level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Basic IT skills required.
• Experience in menu production with confident input expected.
• Exposure to bulk cooking is advantageous.
• Willingness to develop and learn new culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running service and preparation in a busy kitchen.
• Ensure adherence to EHO guidelines and systems.
• Work with FOH team to drive service excellence.
• Monitor sanitation practices for compliance.
• Prepare, produce, and present food to high standards.

• 5 out of 7 days per week various shifts starting from 5:00 and finishing at 19:30
• £14.21 per hour

What you’ll do:

• Assistancewith running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

• Basic IT skills
