You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing RICS-compliant valuation reports, and supporting landlord-tenant matters. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor / Associate to join our Valuation Department within our new Birmingham Office. We can offer flexibility in terms of full-time and part-time hours, hybrid working, including a competitive salary, company car and achievable bonus structure.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, undertaking due diligence, gathering comparable evidence, and producing RICS-compliant valuation reports. Additionally, you will support Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations for both existing and new clients including promoting Bradley Hall within this new area.
