Here at TSA Surveying, I are representing an established client who was my closest client last year, with three successful placements made, including the appointment of their Lead Director who has since started. Due to continued growth, he is now expanding his team further with a requirement for a Senior Building Surveyor.

The business is actively looking to expand their building surveying presence across the Midlands. They are looking to build on their team of 110 individuals, with 30 currently based in Nottingham and a new director in Birmingham, comprising a mixture of building surveyors, project managers and cost managers. They are actively assembling a dedicated team of surveyors to deliver their existing and growing workload. The company has been involved in the successful expansion of multi-academy trusts and large-scale new build regeneration projects.
