The Role

We are growing, and we want you to grow with us, working in a small team where you will be valued, providing; Acquisition and Technical Due Diligence reports for Hotels, Care homes, Whitecoat businesses, and other commercial properties across the country. Our core survey works is supplemented by, Bank Monitoring, Dilapidations, and Life Cycle Costing & Maintenance scheduling. Small project, Project Management and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refurbishment design, CA and PM.
  • Effectively manage tasks by prioritizing them to ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Assist in developing both new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Autonomous, client-facing role

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
