A leading charity organization in London is seeking a CFO to shape its financial strategy and ensure sustainability. This role requires a proven track record in senior finance positions, especially in complex organizations. The successful candidate will lead a finance team and provide insights to the CEO and Board while managing financial planning and governance. The salary is £101,489, and the role is hybrid requiring travel to London and other offices.
Victim Support is an independent charity. They are dedicated to supporting people affected by crime and traumatic incidents in England and Wales, and put them at the heart of their organisation. Their support and campaigns are informed and shaped by these people and their experiences.
They provide specialist services to help people manage after crime and to empower them to ensure their voices are heard individually and collectively at a local and national level.
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Victim Support's future. Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of around 15, you will ensure the charity's financial sustainability and provide expert leadership across all areas of finance.
This role will be hybrid with regular travel required for team and Board meetings to London and to other offices.
The salary for the position is £101,489.
