Job summary

A leading property management firm is seeking a Building Service Engineer to oversee mobile sites in central London. Responsibilities include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, performing electrical and mechanical work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have relevant HVAC experience and hold certifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building services. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on safety and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC environment, familiar with equipment such as Air Handling Units and Fire Alarm Testing.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong documenting skills to maintain accurate site records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as instructed by the Portfolio Supervisor.
• Perform full mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Assist specialist subcontractors' requirements for maintenance works.
