Additional Resources is seeking a Business Development Executive to win new business for CCTV, telecoms, Wi‑Fi and video entry systems with commercial and high‑end residential clients.

You will qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, visit client sites, prepare quotations and proposals, deliver demonstrations, and hand over to project teams. The role offers £32,000–£34,000 base plus commission and a company car.

Qualificações

• Solid background in B2B sales, specifically CCTV.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Visit client sites to assess requirements and discuss suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and deliver product presentations or demonstrations.
• Negotiate, close sales and coordinate handovers to project and installation teams.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues to tailor solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects and clients.
• Build long-term relationships and work towards sales targets.
