Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group has a vacancy for a Business Development Manager focusing on Security, Telecoms & Connectivity. This field-based role offers a base salary of £35,000-£50,000 with uncapped commission and a car allowance, plus 20 days’ annual leave.

Your remit includes prospecting, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle from cold call to closing, with 1-2 days weekly in the Brighton office. You’ll target CCTV/security or telecoms/data solutions sector.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales within security products or telecoms

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and engage decision-makers to sell technology solutions across security products or telecoms
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial cold call to negotiation and closing
• Attend the Brighton office 1-2 days per week for training and team collaboration
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets
• Generate revenue from new customers while developing existing accounts and rolling contracts
