Job summary

Chrome Telecom is hiring a Field Sales Representative (Business Development Manager) to grow our Southern region. This is a field-based, consultative sales role with an uncapped commission structure and a safety-net salary of £30,000, plus an OTE of £120,000+.

You will travel four days a week to meet business decision makers and one day per week at the Whiteley HQ, selling telecoms, IT and mobile solutions to improve profitability for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience — at least 1 year.
• Confident presenter who builds rapport quickly.
• Comfortable asking for the order.
• Driven, resilient and motivated by uncapped commission.
• Professional, credible and relationship-focused, operating with integrity.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attending pre-booked face-to-face appointments (4 days per week on the road).
• Generating additional self-sourced opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with business owners and decision makers.
• Presenting tailored telecoms, IT and mobile solutions.
• Closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Spending 1 day per week collaborating with the team at our Whiteley office.
