Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business and manage client relationships across CCTV, telecoms and video entry systems. You will take leads from enquiry to handover, tailor solutions, and present proposals to win projects.

You will visit client sites, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with technical colleagues to deliver compelling demonstrations and quotes, while driving pipeline and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Solid background in business development and B2B sales, in CCTV.
• Proficient in lead generation, pipeline management and consultative selling.
• Previous field sales or account management experience.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and approaching potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualifying leads and managing the sales pipeline.
• Visiting client sites to assess requirements and discuss suitable solutions.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and delivering product presentations or demonstrations.
• Managing negotiations, closing sales and coordinating handovers to project and installation teams.
• Working with technical colleagues to develop solutions suited to client requirements.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up with prospects and existing clients.
• Building long-term customer relationships and working towards sales targets.
