Qualifications

• Field sales experience in telecoms, CCTV, access control or security solutions.
• Strong closing skills and commercial acumen.
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
• Clear understanding of market offerings in business telephony and IP security.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential for field visits.

Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: prospect, generate and qualify high-value B2B opportunities in commercial and premium residential sectors.
• Consultative Solution Selling: lead meetings, identify connectivity and security requirements, position VoIP, CCTV, and access control solutions.
• Proposal & Pitch Delivery: prepare commercial proposals and cost analyses for key decision-makers.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: manage a high-volume sales pipeline and track prospects through close.
• Contract Negotiation: negotiate SLAs and contracts to secure long-term revenue.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with technical survey engineers and field teams post-sale.
