A utilities company in Hillington is seeking a CCTV Drainage Technician to conduct CCTV surveys and assess drainage systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with CCTV equipment, a clean driving license, and strong health and safety awareness. You will work in varied environments and must be flexible with working hours. Working from one of our custom-equipped CCTV vans or our custom-equipped specialist Jet Vac vehicles, you will visit all types of clients - commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. You will carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, assess pipe conditions, analyse results, and produce high quality reports. All this in conjunction with our Jetting Units when required, therefore you will be responsible for working safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from the Engineer(s) on site but also work under your own initiative where possible.
This is a full-time permanent role based from our Hillington office.
This role is suited to someone with proven experience in the utilities or drainage sector and confident in using CCTV and jetting equipment such as MiniCam Proteus, Jetvac, or Recycler units. A full clean driving licence is essential, and qualifications such as Confined Space Level 2, High-Pressure Water Jetting, CSCS, and First Aid at Work are highly desirable. You'll be working across varied environments, so strong Health and Safety awareness, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, team-focused attitude are key.
