We are so excited to be working with a vibrant, high-volume fresh-food venue set in the stunning Cheltenham countryside. They’re looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to take the reins of their busy food and beverage operation. Leading a team of up to 30 during peak service, you’ll be at the heart of it all, overseeing daily logistics, fine-tuning operations, and shaping the future of their offering.

  • £45,000 per annum
  • Working 45 hours per week
  • Working 5 days a week, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
  • 5th January to February half term off

Responsibilities as the Catering Operations Manager…
  • Leading and motivating the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service across all areas.
  • Overseeing rotas, event operations, and day-to-day logistics to ensure smooth running.
  • Managing stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost control with a sharp commercial eye.
  • Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, and food safety.
  • Working closely with the Head of F&B to develop strategy, elevate the guest experience, and grow revenue.
