Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN) is looking for an enthusiastic Catering Manager who will be primarily based at Bournville Primary School to lead our team and deliver nutritious, high-quality food that helps pupils thrive.
Location: Primarily based at Bournville Primary School. There may be requirements at times to work as needed within other ELAN primary schools in Weston-super-Mare.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, term-time only plus 35 INSET hours.
Salary: E4, £21,840.97 (actual).
Interview Date: 9 January 2026.
As Catering Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchens run efficiently, meet food safety standards, and reflect our values of care, creativity, and excellence. You’ll work closely with staff, suppliers, families, and the Catering Operations Manager to provide meals that fuel learning and development.
