We require proactive and hardworking staff to work as part of a team within the Food Production department at our Central Production Unit at City Campus and the Receipt and Distribution Unit at the QMC Campus. The Catering Clerk role is key to ensuring all meal and food & beverage for our patients are issued and recorded accurately using our electronic ordering system.
The post holder will be responsible for producing, printing and recording catering supplies requested by the wards using an ICT software package, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the service of all types of food and beverage meets the department’s standards. All duties will be carried out in accordance with the Trust's health and safety policy and current financial instructions.
