A healthcare provider in Nottingham is seeking a proactive and hardworking Catering Clerk to join the Food Production department. Responsibilities include monitoring and recording food issued to wards, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all catering supplies meet departmental standards. The ideal candidate will possess good computer skills and have a friendly manner to effectively communicate with staff. This is a part-time permanent role offering a salary of £24,465 per annum pro rata.
We require proactive and hardworking staff to work as part of a team within the Food Production department at our Central Production Unit at City Campus and Receipt and Distribution Unit at the QMC Campus. The Catering Clerk role is key to the Food Production department in ensuring all meal and food & beverages for our patients are issued recorded accurately using our electronic ordering system.
The post holder will be responsible for producing, printing and recording catering supplies requested by the wards using an ICT software package.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and information for all catering supplies and to ensure the service of all types of food and beverage is given to the expected standards required of the department.
All duties carried out by the employee will be in accordance with the Trust's policy on the health and safety and in line with current standing financial instructions.
