Catering Assistant - London

Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focus on providing great food and service to customers.

To do this we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued and enjoy what they do.

What you’ll be doing…

As a General Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Ensure the customer tea points and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Ensure that all coffee machines are well maintained and managed
• Assist with storage of deliveries and help to keep the storeroom clean and tidy
• Keep up to date with what products are on offer offer
• Offer a warm and friendly service
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
• Assist in the coffee bar to cover busy periods of the day, including serving food and using a till
• Working Pattern : 30 hours / week, 7.5 hours / day*
