About the Role

We are looking for a Category Strategy Analyst to support category growth through market research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry, work with international teams, and develop expertise in category strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Assist in monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitors, and studying consumer preferences to identify potential opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Strategy Development: Support the design of business models, track KPIs, and help optimize category lifecycle strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to support the execution of category strategies and improve user experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Statistics, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field; overseas study or experience is a plus.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, consulting, in category analysis/product operations. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Fluent in Mandarin, curiosity and strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English for data analysis and reporting.
