Category & Sourcing ManagerFinancial Services • Hybrid role (x3 days per week on site/ x2 from home) in Milton Keynes OR Glasgow • Compensation: Competitive salary + discretionary bonus + 20.5% pension contribution

We’re looking for a commercially driven Category & Sourcing Manager with proven experience in both property category management and the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and delivering cost efficiencies across complex spend areas.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead multi-year sourcing strategies using market insights and data
  • Execute complex sourcing activities and contract negotiations
  • Drive cost and business benefits aligned with financial targets
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance dashboards
  • Translate business needs into market-ready specifications
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and third-party risk frameworks
  • Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders and deputy to the Category & Sourcing Lead
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in procurement or sourcing roles
  • Strong background in property category management
  • Experience in financial services and regulated environments ()
  • Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of UK contract law and procurement best practices
