Job Title: Category Executive

Location: Bracknell

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Category Manager in developing and executing category strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to provide insights that shape product offerings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective promotional planning, pricing strategies, and product launches
  • Utilise retail sales data, consumer insights, and market reports to generate actionable insights and support decision‑making
  • Assist in maintaining strong retailer relationships to optimise product performance
  • Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of category plans
Key Requirements
  • Experience in category management or a related FMCG role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong attention to detail
