Job description

Responsibilities

• Support a range of Catalogue Data Cleanse and testing activities for delivery of a major transformation project in ITV Studios and Global Partnerships.
• Responsible for ensuring data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness and usability) of the content metadata maintained and presented through the Content Hub and through integrations to other business applications.
• Support a wide range of Quality Assurance and User Testing activities across various catalogue systems and workflows.
• Work with the Catalogue Manager and Programme delivery team to ensure the Content Hub is kept "clean and up to date" across all Data Points.
• Liaise with business leads in Rights Management, Finance, Sales & Licensing and the Programme delivery team on specific catalogue field requirements and cleanse activities.
• Key point contact for fixing data inconsistencies or lack of alignment across other systems e.g. Salesforce, Rightsline, Content Catalogue.
• Support uploads of content metadata and fixes not supported through integrations.
• Support any required reporting requirements throughout the project implementation and during hypercare post Go Live.
• Provide exception reporting for completion of metadata and gap analysis.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and formulas essential.
• Previous experience working with large data sets.
• Attention to detail, including spelling and grammar, and fluency in spoken English.
• Proven experience of managing priorities and planning.
• Passionate about TV content and a good understanding of the hierarchy around the structure of TV content and the data that is important in Catalogue Management.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder teams.
• Flexible work attitude and a willingness to take on duties beyond the job description.
