£14.56 per hour – inclusive of 12.07% Casual Enhancement

About the Role

We would like to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our casual staff team in Salford, in particular covering our Supported Living homes in Swinton. If you are looking for hours to work around study, childcare or perhaps other employment this is the ideal opportunity to work flexible shifts for one or more days a week depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist people with personal care, mobility, moving and handling, eating and drinking
  • Promote life skills
  • Administer medication
  • Support people to go to appointments
  • Support people to go out into the community, or at home to have a meaningful and joyful life
Qualifications & Requirements
  • You do not need to have previous experience or qualifications in health and social care.
  • You will need to have a positive attitude, professionalism, compassion, a caring nature, and core values that match our own.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required for our support worker roles.
Hours & Shift Details

Casual hours are available on a shift basis, which can include early mornings, evening shifts, night shifts and weekends.
