Job description

As a SalesAdvisor youll be the face of Frasers delivering exceptional service and creating personalised shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty. With a genuine passion for retail and a customer-first mindset youll help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment while also supporting store operations when required.

  • Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth upon entry
  • Offer assistance and first-contact solutions e.g. directing to click-and-collect or removing tags at exit points
  • Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
  • Support nearby tills or departments when required ensuring smooth customer journeys
  • Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
  • Participate in store events and activations sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
  • Assist in loss prevention by remaining alert and compliant with store procedures
  • Adhere to health & safety standards at all times
  • Maintain exceptional personal presentation and brand representation

Qualifications :

  • Customer-focused with relevant experience in a retail or hospitality setting
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships and trust with ease
