A professional football club in Scotland is seeking a Casual Chef to assist in food preparation and presentation for players and staff. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced chefs, ensuring high standards in food service and nutrition. Responsibilities include managing supplies, complying with food safety regulations, and delivering meals during events and match days. This role offers sociable hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

You will work alongside a team of passionate chefs aspiring to be at the forefront of sports nutrition and you’ll be responsible for assisting with the preparation, presentation and serving of all food offered to players and staff at Southampton Football Club meeting the high standards expected from the Nutritionist and Performance Chef.
This role will be between Staplewood Training Ground and St Marys Stadium and would suit a chef with a good sound knowledge working with fresh food. The days are busy and fast paced which will require you to be committed and organised but in return we offer very sociable hours and a competitive hourly rate, with this role there will be very few evening shifts.
You’ll need to be able to cope well under pressure, have good organisation and communication skills and the ability to multitask is essential. You will be required to work under your own initiative and as part of a team whilst being flexible and adaptable to last minute changes to training.
