The role

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the provision of an efficient and accurate Cashiering function in a robust control environment whilst providing support to colleagues in the team to ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transactional management of the receipts and expense bank accounts
  • Liaise with care homes and customers for payments received and home banking information
  • Responsible for maintaining the Direct Debit Ledger
  • Management of the deposit suspense account
  • Monitoring cashier mailboxes, maintaining and printing remittances, cash, banking and reconciliation.
  • Producing refunds cheques to customer account on the finance system
