The Role

In this role, you will teach Carpentry & Joinery learners in the classroom and assess apprentices in the workplace, ensuring they are supported in both their technical training and wider development. You will provide mentoring, guidance, and structured feedback to help learners achieve their qualifications and grow in confidence.

The successful candidate will hold at least a Level 2 vocational qualification in Carpentry & Joinery and have strong hands-on industry experience. Previous teaching or assessing experience is not required, as full training will be provided.

This role would suit an experienced Carpenter or Joiner who is passionate about helping others succeed and looking to take the next step in their career.
