Qualifications

• Experienced, competent carpenter & joiner with an eye for detail.
• Able to work unsupervised as well as within a team.
• Some experience of working in historic buildings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry work in the maintenance and improvement of the College's varied building stock.
• Complete reactive maintenance duties alongside refurbishment projects.
• Undertake various repairs, including doors, windows, flooring, and kitchens.
