  • Salary: Competitive Salary of £200 Plus Per Day, Depending on Experience
  • Location: Standlake, OX29 - To cover the whole of Oxfordshire
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
About The Company

They are a well-established, family-run business in the property renovation sector, covering the entire Oxfordshire County. They have an enviable reputation for delivering high quality workmanship and are seeking an experienced carpenter/joiner to join their growing team. The company are looking to fill this position as soon as possible and have work available immediately.

Candidate Requirements
  • Joinery - creating built-in wardrobes, cupboards, multi-media units.
  • First fix carpentry - particularly studwork, bathroom boxings, internal door linings, window boards, windows, exterior doors, staircases.
  • Second fix carpentry - low-level bathroom fixings, architraves to door linings, internal hard/soft-wood doors, skirting and mouldings, staircase components.
Qualifications & Qualities

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and excellent carpentry and joinery skills (minimum of 8 years' experience); be able to work both independently and as a team member; be willing and able to take on any additional tasks that may be required and possess a good level of interpersonal skills both at client and colleague level. Self-reliance, resourcefulness, trustworthiness and a good sense of humour are also key to this role.

Candidates must be self-employed, with their own tools, have a full valid UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, have Public Liability Insurance and have their own vehicle (to start with).
