Job description

• Observe, monitor, and accurately record clients’ health conditions, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing companionship and emotional support, and liaising with colleagues and clients’ families as needed.
• Assist with clinical duties and personal care, ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control, personal hygiene, and food preparation.
• Promote clients’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing by offering reassurance and consistent support.
• Accompany and support clients during outings or visits to day centres, encouraging social engagement and independence.
