Job Title & School • Location

Careers Assistant – Cotham School, Bristol, Bristol. Permanent, Full Time, Term Time (37 hours per week). Salary: £26,403 pro rata (Actual salary £23,090). Start Date: As soon as possible. Closing date: Friday 9 January 2026 at 9:00 am.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Careers Leader with the organisation and administration of activities planned with year groups.
  • Administer the school’s Work Experience Programmes for Year 10 students & Year 12 students on the Foundation Programme.
  • Manage & maintain the Year 11 at‑risk of NEET tracker.
  • Administer the day‑to‑day running of the annual work experience element for Year 10 students.
  • Coordinate Careers advice appointments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience as a Careers Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills & ability to manage multiple priorities.
