A caring organization in Horsforth seeks a dedicated Care Team Senior to lead the care team in a registered home for older people. This role involves ensuring high-quality care and effective leadership while maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates have experience in care and are committed to providing exceptional support to residents and their families.

10.5 hours per week on a permanent basis
£15.98 per hour

Bedford Court is a high-quality registered care home that offers older people a relaxed, safe, and welcoming place to live. The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. You’ll also ensure a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families.
