Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts in the UK. You will lead by example, deliver high-quality care, support residents with daily living, and foster a warm, safe home environment.

This full-time role (42 hours per week) includes alternate weekends and pays £15.25 per hour. You will oversee medication administration, coordinate with families and healthcare professionals, and mentor the care team to maintain compassionate, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years' experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above)

• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings

We’re Looking For
