Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader for Critchill Court Care Home in the UK. The role focuses on leading a care team, delivering high-quality care, and ensuring residents’ wellbeing.

You will oversee daily living activities, support families and professionals, and help create a warm home environment. Requires 2+ years in social care and QCF Level 2+ with a 36-hour week on a rolling two-week rota.

• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management

We're looking for

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• 36 hours per week (day shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends

Your role

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living

This position is on a two week rolling rota, so you must be available to work the following shifts. Week one will be the following days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Week two will be the following days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
