Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts to lead with compassion, deliver high‑quality care, and support residents and the care team to thrive. You will oversee personal care, promote independence and wellbeing, plan meaningful activities, and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.

This 42‑hour-per-week role includes alternate weekends; requires at least 2 years in social care and senior or team‑lead experience; salary is £15.25 per hour with funded training

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• Previous senior or team leader role experience essential

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management

• There is one position available working 42 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
