Agincare is recruiting at Cheriton Care Home in Dorchester to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, and administer medication safely, while contributing to and reviewing care plans.

We welcome caring, confident team players with leadership qualities. We offer progression, training up to QCF Level 5, and a supportive environment with varied shifts including day and night roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• Various shift patterns available (Full time, part time and bank contracts) Alternate weekends required
• Day shifts and night shifts currently available
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
