Job summary

Agincare's The Chestnuts is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide the care team, delivering compassionate and high-quality personal care to residents, helping them thrive in a safe home environment.

You will oversee daily care tasks, support wellbeing, plan meaningful activities, and work with families and health professionals to ensure holistic support for all residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

We’re looking for

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
