Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is seeking an experienced Night Care Team Leader for Henlow Court in the UK. You will lead the care team, provide high-quality care, and support residents with daily living while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role involves planning activities, overseeing medication records, and collaborating with families and health professionals. Night shifts and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• 36 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is required
