Job summary

Agincare is looking for a Care Team Leader at Rodley House in the UK. You will lead by example, deliver high-quality care and companionship, and support residents with daily living tasks while fostering independence and wellbeing.

With 2+ years in social care, medication experience and QCF Level 2+, you will manage shifts, oversee medication records and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to keep residents safe and thriving. The role is 30 hours weekly with a 4-week rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 30 hours per week (day shifts).
• Experience with medication is required.
• Experience in a senior or team leader role in care is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

Were looking for:

Shift pattern:

• The role is on a 4 weekly rolling rota, the shift pattern will be 7:45am to 20:15pm
• Week 1 - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Week 2 - Monday, Friday, Sunday
• Week 3 - Monday and Thursday
• Week 4 - Saturday and Sunday
