Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts in the UK to lead a care team during night shifts, delivering compassionate, high-quality care and companionship.

You will oversee daily living, encourage independence, plan activities, and maintain accurate medication records, working closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• Previous experience in a senior or team leader role.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

Were looking for:

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK

Opportunities available:

• There is one position available working 24 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
• There is one position available working 42 hours per week, to include alternate weekends

Your role:
