Overview

Avery Healthcare is one of the UK's largest providers of luxury elderly care homes, committed to creating meaningful lives for residents and employees. They are seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to join their award-winning team in Chertsey.

About the role

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. You will prioritise residents' choices, dignity, independence and personal safety in all care and support activities, and promote high-quality, person-centred care. You will monitor and report on residents’ daily progress and address concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives.

Job responsibilities
  • Promote and deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents.
  • Closely monitor and report on residents’ daily progress, ensuring observations and interventions are recorded.
  • Address concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur.
  • Provide ongoing support for residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

7 am – 7:30 pm

About You

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
