Job summary

A care home provider in Ormskirk is seeking compassionate Night Care Practitioners to support residents overnight. Candidates will provide personal care, emotional reassurance, and maintain a safe environment. Previous experience is beneficial but not required as training is provided. Flexibility for night and weekend shifts is essential. The role is set in a luxurious facility dedicated to specialist care.

Care Practitioner Nights. Burscough Manor Care Home

£12.38 per hour

33 hours per week. 3 shifts each week

Shifts: 8pm - 8am including weekend working

Please note we cannot offer Visa sponsorship or accommodate 20 hours working restrictions

We’re currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Practitioners to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
  • Offer emotional reassurance and companionship during quiet hours
  • Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to overnight needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
  • Work closely with the night team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
