Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Exmouth. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, converting leads, and delivering engaging tours of the home to prospective residents and families.

Working alongside an exceptional management team, you’ll develop local marketing initiatives, network with the community, and manage relationships using Salesforce or similar CRM tools while maintaining high standards of service and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Be responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone and provide informative tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experiences.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
