Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, delivering sales and marketing activities, and building the home’s profile in the local community.

The role requires strong communication, CRM literacy (Salesforce or similar), and a proactive, target-driven approach. Ideally you will have proven sales experience in healthcare or related sectors, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
