Job summary

Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. You will handle enquiries, improve occupancy, and support marketing activities to drive sales and raise the home’s profile.

This role requires proven sales and marketing experience, CRM familiarity (Salesforce or similar), and a full UK driving licence. You will work within a supportive team to deliver excellent resident care and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

Have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
Able to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
Be self-motivated and target driven.
Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
