Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to support occupancy targets across a care home. You will handle inquiries, deliver tours, and network in the local community to raise the home’s profile.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis, and a full UK driving licence. You will work with an exceptional management team in a supportive environment offering progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage all sales activity for the home and drive occupancy targets.
• Talk to potential new residents by phone and provide tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries and generate leads.
• Maintain a contacts database and support local marketing.
