Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Bourne. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, developing the home’s digital presence and networking with the local community.

You will work with a capable management team to deliver a full range of sales and marketing activities to attract new residents and support marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with residents, relatives and community partners,

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Be able to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents, relatives and staff.
• Network within the local community to raise the home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner.
