You will handle enquiries, deliver informative tours of the home, network with the local community, and support local marketing activities to generate enquiries and convert them into residents while working with the management team to maintain exceptional care standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in a CRM system and translate it into actions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion and occupancy targets.
• Engage with local community and networks to raise the home’s profile.
• Support local marketing activities and generate enquiries.
• Provide informative tours and support to prospective residents and relatives.
• Maintain and grow the contacts database.
