Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will drive occupancy growth by handling enquiries, delivering tours, and networking with the local community.

The role requires sales and marketing experience, CRM/data analysis skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach. You will work on-site and contribute to developing the home's digital profile and achieving occupancy targets.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and provide informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads.
• Maintain a contacts database.
