Job summary

Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Leeds. You will drive occupancy through proactive sales and marketing, handle enquiries, and develop the digital profile of the home while networking with the local community.

You will work with an exceptional management team to convert enquiries, deliver tours, and provide informative experiences to potential residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
