The Opportunity

You'll work side-by-side with our Operations Director, helping drive growth across our existing services and playing a key role in developing our newly acquired care company in Wigan, alongside four exciting new contracts secured in recent weeks. And that is just the start.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as a true right-hand to the Operations Director, supporting pitches, meetings, and follow-ups. Supporting her with day-to-day priorities, projects, and strategic tasks This will be the heart and focust of your role.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with commissioners, case managers, independent brokers, and local authorities across the North West
  • Bringing your own network and knowing how to turn conversations into opportunities
  • Identifying, shaping, and securing new business aligned with our growth plans
  • Working closely with senior leadership to drive business development and expansion strategies
  • Playing a key role in growing our newly acquired Wigan-based business, strengthening its reputation, services, and market presence
